Important message from the team of JSC “Heavy Metal”

Dear Partners,

The team of JSC “Heavy Metal” is hereby informing you that on February 13th, 2025 the major stockholder of the Company with production in effect has made a shocking decision for all of us to liquidate the Company.

After a very successful year of work of JSC “Heavy Metal” with the highest tonnage of production and sales for the whole period of the Company’s activity such a decision looks an irrational and destroying one for the enterprise and the team.

Starting from the February 14th, 2025 the new management of the Company was appointed consisting of:
General Director Gusak Yevgen
Executive Director Fodchuk Mykola
who are authorized to manage the operational activity of the Company. In their turn the people mentioned above are appointed as the liquidators of the JSC “Heavy Metal”. Starting from the February 14.02.2025 all the responsibility for the actions made on behalf of the company nowadays and also in future are carried by the new management of the company.

On our side we do assure you that we, as Metipol Group, stay at the market and we are focused on covering the market’s demand in steel products with galvanized and polymer coating taking into consideration our team’s professional experience and our production capacities.
