Standard polyester
A coating (25 µ) with a glossy surface for roofs and walls, suitable for all climatic conditions. The basis of the coating is polyester paint, which has good color stability. Steel products with this coating withstand high air temperatures and corrosion. The material has a high level of flexibility and forming ability.
Applications
Roofs and facades, lighting fixtures, furniture, air ducts, suspended ceilings, partitions, can be used in contact with food products.
Wrinkle polyester
Polyester coating 35 µ with wrinkle surface. The material has high color stability due to the refractive factor of sunlight, good corrosion and mechanical stability, and it retains its properties in any climate. This material is characterized by a clear texture and an absence of glossy shine.
Applications
Roofs and facades, partitions, exterior design of houses and cottages.
DecoPrint
It is a kind of polymer coating that imitates patterns of natural materials: stone, brick, wood, etc. Today, the DecoPrint coating has more than 80 patterns. The thickness of this coating is 35 µ. In addition to its unique appearance, the DecoPrint coating has all the characteristics of standard polymer coatings, providing long-term, reliable protection of galvanized steel against environmental and corrosion effects.
Applications
It is an excellent alternative to natural materials, which are imitated on the surface, as a more strong and durable material. DecoPrint is typically used for siding (external casing of walls) and for the production of fence – an updated version of the wooden fence.
DIAMOND
The coating based on polyester DIAMOND resembles the edges of crystals and has an unique shine. In addition to the durability and corrosion resistance typical for wrinkle polyester, the coating is ideal for the implementation of non-standard architectural and design projects.
Applications

PU-Rock
It is the 50-micron coating on the basis of polyurethane, modified with polyamide, that has a silky-matt surface. This coating offers better environmental protection, high heat resistance, better adhesion and flexibility than coatings with polyester resins.
Applications
Production of profile sheets and false roofs, acoustic screens.
PVDF
PVDF, resin-based coatings, appeared on the market more than 30 years ago. It is perfect for applications that are exposed to weather conditions. Such coatings have unique properties of protection against ultraviolet radiation and sunlight. In addition, they are highly elastic and are not susceptible to corrosion.
Applications
Coatings based on PVDF resins, as a rule, are used in innovative architectural solutions, as well as in construction (internal and external facing of buildings, roofs), the production of acoustic screens, enclosures of electrical appliances.
RWS
Innovative polymer coating, which is characterized by extraplasticity and reliability. As a basis for this coating are used steel types with increased level of plasticity and recommended Zinc content 200 g/m2, that ensures the product's durability and corrosion resistance. RWS coated metal can be used in all climatic regions, even with a humid marine climate and high level of pollution.
Applications
The coating was created specifically for the production of high quality gutter systems. Incredible plasticity allows to produce the elements of any shape, without destruction of the integrity of the coating.
Double-sided coating
This coating can be based on the following types of materials:
- Standard polyester
- Wrinkle polyester
- Polyurethane
- PVDF
Its peculiarity is the same color on the both sides, and it can also repeat the texture of the top coat.
Applications
This type of coating is ideal for the production of fences and partitions, as it allows to preserve the esthetics of the product on the both sides – the front and the back ones.
